We are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Hertsmere and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for qualified teachers looking for flexible supply work while continuing to deliver high-quality teaching and support pupils’ learning.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Maintain a positive, well-managed and inclusive classroom environment

• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners

• Follow school procedures, policies and safeguarding expectations

• Build rapport quickly with pupils and school staff

• Provide feedback to the school at the end of each assignment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds QTS (or a recognised equivalent)

• Has recent experience teaching in UK primary schools

• Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills

• Is confident, flexible and professional

• Communicates effectively with pupils and staff

• Is reliable, punctual and committed
