Primary ECT – September Start

Engage Education is currently working with a number of different schools in the Hertfordshire area. Depending on your location, we can usually try to find a school that would work for you. And we are seeking confident and capable Science teachers for September starts. The successful applicant will be expected to lead engaging and inspirational lessons to all pupils and effectively manage a classroom.

This is a temporary position to start but can be extended to permanent for the right candidate!

The incoming Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver dynamic lessons that stretch their classes and encourage a passion for the subject. You must have good subject knowledge and be able to teach up to Year 6. You will be paid based upon your current Pay Scale – in line with your experience.

You must:

• Hold QTS
• Have experience delivering lessons across the full age, gender and ability range, in a primary school – from your placements
• Have a desire to develop teaching and learning within a primary school to a high standard

You will be joining a supportive staff team, working towards rising student attainment through outstanding teaching and learning. As a member of this school, you can expect to receive ongoing support and training.
