Nursery Teacher – Hove

About the role:

At Engage Education, we’re currently looking for a unique Nursery Teacher to work full-time at a successful, forward-thinking Nursery school in Hove to start in October 2023.

The Nursery school is situated within the heart of Hove, and is an Ofsted Outstanding nursery providing exceptional care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years. The Nursery has an emphasis on caring for and nurturing children in a genuinely holistic way via a balance of free play and more directed activities in their enriching indoor and outdoor facilities. The children are offered a range of unique aspects from specialist teachers delivering Dance, Music and Swimming as well as developing their awareness of phonemes through songs and actions of the “Jolly Phonics” scheme. 

The school is in a great location and easily accessible by public transport.

If you are an ambitious teacher who is passionate about developing children's academic curiosity whilst delivering outstanding, creative lessons, we would love to hear from you. The school is happy to consider ECTs as well as those with more experience.

The ideal applicant will be:

• A qualified teacher with QTS/EYTS
• Experienced in teaching EYFS/Nursery
• Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
• An outstanding teacher with a love of children and teaching
• Able to inspire and innovate in the classroom
