About the Role
We are looking for a warm, creative, and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a friendly and supportive early years team in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and creativity in early learners.
Support the development of key early skills in communication, language, literacy, and numeracy.
Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing insights with parents and carers.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and caring learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school community.
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification – essential.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
Experience working with nursery or early years-aged children.
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing, enthusiastic, and creative approach to teaching.
