Position: Level 3 Nursery Assistant
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Options: Part-Time and Full-Time available

About the Role:

Engage Education is collaborating with a successful Nursery in Eastleigh to recruit a dedicated Nursery Assistant starting in October 2023. This Nursery is committed to ensuring that every child achieves their very best, fostering a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years
• Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for children
• Work flexibly as part of a dynamic team
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working in a nursery or with young children (0-5 years)
• Basic understanding of the EYFS
• Commitment to helping every child reach their full potential
• Passion and enthusiasm for working with children
• Positive, patient, and nurturing attitude
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
