School Lettings coordinator required for a School in Worthing

At Engage Education, we’re currently recruiting for a School Lettings Coordinator position in Worthing after building a strong relationship with a local grouping of schools. They are looking for an experienced school Lettings coordinator with experience managing and generating bookings for a large secondary school campus.

About the role

As a School lettings coordinator, you’ll be experienced in managing the booking of and setting up for the lettings within the school

Hours of work will be 5-10pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays

In the role you will be expected to:

• Be a registered keyholder and, in absence of the Estates Team Leader, to assume responsibility for security as agreed with the Estate Team Leader

• Locking and unlocking school gates and entrance doors

• Arranging access to the site for bookings and assisting with general set up for events

• Dealing with unwelcome visitors on site

• To detect and report building defects to the Estates Team Leader

• To organise and move furniture and equipment within the site as requested

• To ensure that the grounds and hard areas are clean. tidy and free of obstruction and litter

• To be responsible for lettings and their administration

• To work with all staff to maintain appropriate behaviour of site users

About you

• Experience working within a school environment

• A valid DBS on the DBS update service

• Be available to interview and start immediately
