Behavioural Teaching Assistant – Fareham
Engage Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Fareham starting in January 2025. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support learners in a nurturing environment and make a real difference in their education journey.

About the Role
We are looking for a candidate who can:
- Support students aged 5–11 and 11–16 in their learning and development.
- Confidently manage behaviour and build strong professional relationships with students.
- Bring a fun but firm presence to the classroom.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in education and helping students succeed.
This role is perfect for aspiring or future teachers, experienced SEN Teaching Assistants, Youth Workers, Behaviour Mentors, or Sports Coaches looking to transition into education.
