Key worker Required (English & Maths) – Secondary School

Are you an experienced Key worker or Learning Support professional with strong English and Maths skills seeking a rewarding role this January? This position in an exciting secondary school could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the role
We are working with the school to recruit a dedicated Keyworker who can commit to the position for the entirety of the academic year. The successful candidate will support pupils in English and Maths, providing targeted intervention, 1:1 support and small group work to help raise attainment and build confidence.

This is a long-term (with potential to become permanent) position starting in January.

About you

• Experience supporting pupils in English and Maths (KS3 and KS4 desirable)
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Experience working with students with SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs (desirable)
• Confident delivering interventions and monitoring pupil progress
• Passionate about making a positive impact on young people’s academic and personal development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
