About the Role:
As an HLTA at this Primary School, your duties will include:

• Working with small groups of pupils to provide targeted support
• Covering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Offering intervention support for students who need extra help
• Providing 1:1 support for SEND and lower ability pupils
• Assisting with general classroom tasks such as preparing worksheets and creating display boards

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 6 months of experience working with children or in a school setting
• An HLTA qualification or an undergraduate degree in Education
• A genuine passion for education and helping pupils achieve their full potential
• Creativity and enthusiasm to engage and inspire pupils
