Salary:£100 – £110 Daily Rate

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Rickmansworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident practitioner who is passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and development across the primary age range.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, delivering interventions, and covering classes when required.

The Role

• Supporting teaching and learning across the school

• Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups

• Covering whole classes in the absence of the teacher when required

• Assisting with planning and preparation of learning activities

• Supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including SEND

• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold HLTA status or have equivalent experience

• Have recent experience working in UK primary schools

• Be confident leading whole-class learning

• Have strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Be proactive, flexible and organised

• Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
