A vibrant primary School is seeking several Graduate Teaching Assistants to join immediately to provide 1:1 support and assist as general Teaching Assistant.
The Head teacher is seeking passionate and focused individuals who are confident to provide 1:1 support to pupils with a range of learning and behavioural difficulties.
This supportive mainstream School aim to inspire, Challenge and motivate pupils where the highest aspirations and expectations are held by all associated with the School.
The suitable Graduate Teaching Assistants who would work well must be ambitious, confident and organised. SEN experience would be preferred but is not essential, being able to adapt and make excellent progress with these pupils is key.
When providing 1:1 support you must be able to identify areas of need and adapt to a range of learning difficulties, you will be required to work closely with the SEND Coordinator and the class teacher on the pupils achievements as well as the pupils individual plan to ensure they have the opportunity to achieve to their full ability.

Salary: £70.00 to £85.00 /day
