At Engage Education, we’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work in a successful secondary school within Brighton and Hove who are seeking a a Geography teacher to teach KS3/4 to start in January 2025.

About the role:

This is a full time, long-term role teaching Geography Teacher to Key Stage 3 and 4 students for one academic year. This is a fantastic time to join this innovative all through independent school located centrally in Brighton. The applicant would be working with a successful Geography department, teaching mixed ability students with a maximum class size of 20.

About you:

• Have the ability to build strong rapport with young adults, and have experience mentoring students

• Have experience teaching Geography at KS3 and 4

• Have a background in education (Does not have to be within a school)

• Have a proven background in raising pupil progress

• A real desire to make a positive difference to the students that you work with
