Early Years Teaching Assistant Required – Sutton

We’re currently working with a welcoming primary school in Sutton that is looking for a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to start after February half-term.

The role will involve:

• Supporting children within Nursery or Reception

• Working with small groups to support learning and development

• Providing 1:1 support where required

• Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy activities

• Helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment

The ideal applicant will have:

• Experience working with Early Years children (Nursery or Reception), either in a school or nursery setting

• A genuine passion for early childhood development

• Creativity and enthusiasm to engage and motivate young learners

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning / Early Years (preferred but not essential)
