Hey I’m Luke, an Education Consultant at Engage Education, mainly working with Mainstream schools within Buckinghamshire.
I have worked in recruitment for just under 2 years, on huge expansion projects within the life science sector but decided to make a change to education.
In my new recruitment job, I find joy in connecting talented individuals with their dream careers. The ability to match the right candidates with the perfect job role brings a sense of fulfilment like no other. I thrive in understanding each candidate’s unique strengths and aspirations, allowing me to provide personalised guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
