Kaileigh Babcock

Hey, I’m Kaileigh and I am part of the overseas TAC team located in the Canadian office for Engage Education!

I have worked in Education recruitment for 7 years, mainly focusing on international schools around the world but I joined Engage in 2023.

I love connecting with educators from around the world. I enjoy hearing about their educational philosophy, background and experiences and ultimately taking them to the next step in their career or helping them seek the adventure they’ve always wanted in teaching internationally. 

I previously taught in Cambridge, England and have been on a long journey of helping teachers take the leap into the vast, captivating and life-changing world of international education. Helping teachers find placements where they can combine their love of travel with their dream job, is very exciting and rewarding. These roles and experiences help them grow both personally and professionally in another country from their own and I’m happy I can’t be part of their journey.  I’m looking forward to specifically focussing on recruitment in England which is where I started my teaching career and also got introduced and started in educational recruitment. 

I’m a very outgoing, passionate and friendly person who loves to laugh and joke around. I’m loyal and hardworking with a passion for Education and working with children (the teacher in me!). I love the outdoors as well as various sports!
