Hey, I’m CJ! I am part of the Brighton Team and I cover all of Sussex, SEN and Mainstream Services. I am now going on three years at Engage, I started recruitment because I am open to new experiences and I like taking on challenges and new experiences.

I enjoy it when I get to talk to candidates who genuinely want to make a difference. The team I work with definitely has an impact on that as well, they are all really amazing people! I previously worked for a call centre and a foreign exchange company, my time there taught me excellent communication skills, patience, organisational skills and a great sense of time management

Outside of work, I enjoy photography!
