Our Promise to You

At Engage Education, our priority is the wellbeing and care of our teachers and educational staff. We take pride in the excellent support provided by our Engage consultants and the Partnership and Development Team. Supporting our candidates before and during their placements with Engage is crucial to us.

We aim to ensure that our service is always improving, which is why we regularly run half-termly candidate surveys and act on any feedback. We support our candidates throughout their teaching journey which is why we have partnered with companies such as Education Support and STA Travel to give you access to free counselling and amazing travel discounts. Community and Wellbeing Executive

Donato Vitella is the Community and Wellbeing Executive at Engage Education! Donato works closely with all Engage teachers to ensure that they are supported whilst they work. He oversees the wellbeing of our teachers by checking in with our working candidates, sending fun and informative newsletters and always being available to talk.

Donato provides a great deal of support to our international iday candidates as he himself relocated to the UK! He knows all the answers to any questions about UK curriculum, moving to another country and the best travel opportunities.

First Point of Contact

Donato is the first point of contact for the Engage Teaching and Learning Team, in case any teacher needs support or guidance. Donato can be contacted via phone or email if any teacher has a problem. Donato will then assist the teacher or suggest for Mike and Jay from the Partnership and Development Team to do an observation in their classroom.

Supportive Events

Engage runs multiple events throughout the year, including free CPD workshops, Team Teach training sessions and teacher networking socials. All of our events are an opportunity for you to learn more in certain areas of education which will support you in your career. Our networking events provide the perfect place for you to meet other teachers and discuss your ideas. 

Donato is Team Teach qualified and assists with the running of both Team Teach and CPD events and they are a great opportunity to grab him for a chat about any questions you might have.

Partnership and Development Team

Our Partnership and Development Team provides one-on-one assistance including onsite visits and lesson feedback. We are proud of the work they do in helping teachers to overcome any obstacles such as behaviour and time management.

Customer Surveys

Engage sends out a customer service survey to our candidates every half term with the results of the survey taken into consideration so that we improve our service going forward!
