Engage Education Joins The Ealing Learning Partnership

Engage Education has been named as a preferred supplier on the Ealing Learning Partnership, managed by the CCS. We are proud to have been selected as an agency that provides outstanding recruitment services to schools in the local area. Engage Education is already a supplier on a number of local and national frameworks that ensure fair fees across education for supply teachers including the CCS Framework and the Herts For Learning Framework.

How did the ELP select agencies for the framework?

14 suppliers are listed on this framework. To appear on the list of approved vendors, agencies have to set out their costs up-front and conduct rigorous background checks on their agency workers. At Engage, we work hard to make sure we exceed all compliance requirements for education recruitment agencies. Established in 2008, we’ve since grown to become a multi-award-winning education and support services agency working with academies, MATs, independent and maintained schools across the Home Counties, London and beyond. Our dedicated Ealing team has over 7 years’ of experience supporting local schools across the borough. We support our partner schools in finding teaching staff, cover supervisors, teaching assistants, SEND and intervention specialists, business managers, administrative and facility staff for all daily-cover, long-term strategic cover as well as permanent roles.

We know the importance of finding supply teachers that are fully compliant and ready to work, our consultants have access to a pool of candidates who can provide supply teaching at short notice. When you contact us with a supply vacancy, we guarantee to respond within 15 minutes and can fufil 95% of emergency cover within the first hour of school starting. Cover can be booked between 7am and 5pm and we also have a call service available for weekday out of hours, weekends and bank holiday.


I have had the pleasure of working with Simon for the past four years. Engage provide our school with day to day supply (teacher and teaching assistants), long term supply and recruitment of permanent staff. Day to day covering absence in school’s can be a challenging task. However, working with Simon has made this task much easier. His communication, both via email and telephone is excellent. Simon responds quickly to supply requests, taking the pressure off first thing in the morning. It’s never a problem and he will get it sorted! He regularly asks for feedback on supply staff to ensure the schools are receiving high-quality supply cover. Long term supply Simon has supported the school with long term supply teachers and teaching assistants.

On occasion, we have contacted Simon and requested a long term supply to start the following day – short timescales don’t seem to worry him. Simon’s positive approach definitely takes away some of the pressure at school and allows us time and space to organise our staffing. These placements are always very well organised. Trial days works well to ensure the supply is the right fit for the school. Permanent contracts where recruitment has not been successful we have been able to use Simon’s services to recruit permanent members of staff. A process of reviewing CVs, school tours and interviews is organised to ensure the school secures the right candidate. Simon is available to negotiate with the candidates, where necessary.
