Who am I?

Hey, my name is Donato Vitella and I’m the Community and Wellbeing Executive at Engage Education!

I’m originally from a small town in Canada and I moved to London over six years ago. Like any cliché Canadian, I filled a hockey bag of my belongings and never looked back! I would be lying if I said it was easy to do. Yes, leaving my family, friends, hometown, and my dog to pursue my career ambitions and travel the world was scary, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I have been with Engage Education for over 2 years now and I work closely with our consultants to oversee the wellbeing of our teachers and support staff. My experiences here mean I have a really strong understanding of how Engage Education can best support you not only inside the classroom but outside too!

What’s my job at Engage?

My job is to make sure all of our amazing teachers and support staff are aware of the upcoming CPD events that we’re putting on.

I’m also the first point of contact to notify our Teaching and Learning team if staff have development needs.

Lastly, my favourite part of the job is to organise and facilitate social events for our candidates! I work with all of our teams here at Engage to find out what’s going on locally and help promote them to our candidates.

What can you contact me about?

  • Are you looking for information about upcoming local CPD or social events?
  • Need advice or support? Or do you need pointing in the right direction?
  • Do you have any issues that I might be able to help with?

I’m your guy! You can contact me on the below details.
